For Coho Festival General volunteer information:
- Most of the event day shifts are 3-4 hours
- Good command of english is needed
- All volunteer signups must be done using website form
We will do our best to place you into the volunteer position you have indicated.
Beverage Garden
Duties include:
- cash and debit machine ticket sales
- “Serve it Right” recommended
- clean up tables
BBQ
Duties include:
- working with public directing food line traffic
- cash and debit machine ticket sales
- distributing items for BBQ meals
Coho Swim
Duties include:
- day of race registration (cash and debit machine)
Information Tent & Volunteer station
Duties include:
- communicating with public
- will need to familiarize quickly with site and events information
- good organizational skills & able work alone
- vouchers and meal tickets redemption
- staff & volunteer T shirt distribution
Kids Park
Duties include:
- cash and debit machine ticket sales
Parking
Duties include:
- working with public directing traffic to parking areas
- managing barricades and access points to site
- Saturday and Sunday shifts available
Setup (Saturday)
Shift: 2pm – 6pm. Duties include:
- Set up includes tents (manual work & some heavy lifting)
- marking exhibitor allocations
- sign set up
Set up (Sunday)
Shift: 8am – 11am. Duties include:
- Set up including tents, signs, tables and chairs (manual work & some heavy lifting)
Take down (Sunday)
Shift: 5pm – 8pm. Duties include:
- Take down including tents, signs, tables and chairs (manual work & some heavy lifting)
